Emfit Movement Monitor
The Emfit Movement Monitor is clinically proven technology designed for the nighttime monitoring of an individual who may experience certain types of convulsive movements which a caregiver or family member should be alerted to.
The Emfit Movement Monitor is ideal for detecting and alerting to the onset of abnormal, faster movements - such as muscle spasms - that may occur while lying in bed.
The Emfit Movement Monitor consists of two main components: a flexible and durable ultra-thin bed sensor (L-4060SL) placed beneath the mattress, and a bed-side monitor (D-2090-2G) with sophisticated embedded software.
The Emfit Movement Monitor detects when a person has continuous faster, convulsive movements over a pre-set amount of time. The preset delay is adjustable and can trigger a high-frequency notification in as little 10 seconds. The Emfit Movement Monitor also notices slight movements, thus making it equally suitable for small children.
The Emfit control unit can be clipped to the bed using the included clip, mounted on the wall using the included fastening bracket, or placed at bedside. The control unit is operated with 2 pcs AA size 1.5 V batteries, and an optional medical grade AC Adapter is also available.
For short-distance notifications the Emfit Movement Monitor has an audible alarm with adjustable volume. The Optional Remote Alarm is also available for additional notification for rooms that are far apart.
The Emfit Movement Monitor can also interface with most nurse call systems and wireless transmitters with the included dry-contact output (NO and NC).
1-Year Limited Warranty
We offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty on all manufacturer defective products. Once we have determined that the equipment has a manufacturer defect, you may return for replacement or repair.
