Shipping by USPS Priority Mail or another shipping service, if necessary, from San Marcos, Texas. Expected delivery within 2-7 business days in the U.S. and 5-14 business days to Canada. Canadian Customs duties/taxes may apply for orders shipping to Canada.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase if product is in the same condition received and in the original packaging. A Return Authorization is required and can be obtained by contacting the Epi USA office at (512) 667-7507 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org

Epi USA has a 30-day return policy. We're unable to offer a refund or exchange if 30 days have gone by since your purchase. Your item must be in the same condition received to be eligible for return. Item must also be in the original packaging.
We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Restocking fee and/or merchant service processing fee

We will send you an email once your return is received and inspected and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit - minus the original shipping cost and restocking fee (if applicable) - will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive credit once returned product has been received at our warehouse.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that the cost of shipping to you will be deducted from the refund.
